To cancel or reschedule a lesson you must give at least 24 hours' notice.

You can only cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice once or due to an emergency.

If a block of 10 lessons is being booked, refunds can be given to the lesson/s being cancelled.

All communications will happen via email, text messages or through one free meeting.
